Washing instructions:
- Hand / machine wash using cold to warm water (40°c maximum is suggested)
- If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected
- Place plushies in a launderable mesh bag or duvet cover before washing
- Use only very mild detergents
- Do not tumble dry
- Avoid mixing with other colours
- Air-drying will be the best choice
If you want to preserve the cuddliness and softness of our plushies for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing it in cold water.
Please allow a 1 to 5 cm variation as PP cotton naturally expands and compresses.

I ordered the 47 inch blue dolphin. My experience shopping on the site was fantastic; I got 10% off for signing up for emails, and had access to two 15% off codes (a Spring one and one from a promoted Instagramer) but finally ended up with 20% off thanks to a fun little Easter Egg hunt they were having. So, what would have been a $90 plush came out to $72, which was totally great! The customer service couldn't have been better; I must have emailed them hundreds of times to ask them questions about shipping and they answered every time in a timely fashion and were so courteous and kind every time! The Kawaiies staff are the best, and I've never encountered better customer service. Not to mention they sent me two emails for tracking my toy and an email on how to wash my new plushie, so that was definitely a bonus! The tracking takes a while to update, which can be a bit frustrating if you're a frequent checker like me, but they way over-estimated how long it would take, because mine got here in a little under a month (I placed my order April 9th and it arrived on April 24th). The packaging was great because they had this big guy packaged in a package so small that my post office was able to get it into a parcel locker for me to pick up! (It was a Saturday when I got it, so I would have had to wait to pick it up on Monday otherwise). Like, it was so vacuum-sealed that I almost worried they sent the wrong size; it was even double-packed! They got the right size to me and my order was perfect. It was a dash smaller than I thought and a little bit understaffed but I am SO HAPPY with my order! It is so perfect and SO SOFT and cuddly and it even has a zipper on the bottom if you have a small washer you can take the stuffing out and wash it as a cover! I highly recommend ordering if you're considering it, you won't regret it! Thank you, Kawaiies!! 💙🐬🌊
