My daughter saved her allowance to purchase this outfit, and when it arrived it was far too small to fit the doll. I sent photos to customer service and they told me that they would either replace or refund, but it has been a month, and I have not heard back from them. Would not order from them again.
Very cute and fluffy! Good quality but I feel like there should have been a bit more stuffing inside to make it more firm but overall very cute design!
The zip is all puckered. The emblem has a big gap and even if it was put together correct it still wouldn’t read Trouble, it’s nonsense. The smell was horrendous but dissipated after washing. I’ve given it 2 stars as it is oversized nicely and cosy material. If the postage hadn’t cost £30 I would’ve sent it back. Wouldn’t order from here again.

Super cute blouse!! Very soft, pleasant to the touch, warm, cute and high-quality. My measurements: height 173cm, bust approximately 90cm, waist 66cm, hips around 98cm. I took size XXL, it fits perfectly, could even go smaller, it will still be oversized. The pockets are very small, but they perfectly fit a 3/4 large phone XD, the camera sticks out just right for discreet shooting (pocket slit on top).
I was super excited for this hoodie, too bad I will never get to wear it. I ordered the size XL, with the size length 28inches. What I received was length size 17inches, so kids? Try returning, new it was holidays so patience is needed. Currently coming up on a month, been ghosted and still no new hoodie or communication with customer service. Yup never ordering from here again and will not recommend to anyone.
