Free International Tracked Shipping

Kawaiies takes pride in providing free international tracked shipping to several countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany and other European countries. By shipping directly from our warehouses in Asia, we aim to keep shipping fees affordable for our customers.

Important notice: Our scheduled stock count took place between the 3rd to 16th of February 2024. Any orders placed during this period will be processed and shipped after 16th February. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Tracking Information

Once your parcel has been prepared you will be sent a shipping confirmation email. In the case of an order with multiple items, you may receive your items in separate parcels.

Countries we ship to: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Belgium, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Bulgaria, Italy, Germany and more.

Countries we do not ship to: Philippines, Austria, South America, Africa, India, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, New Caledonia and other remote countries.

Due to the impact of the pandemic, the costs associated with delivery and insurance have increased for certain countries such as Canada, UAE, and some European countries. Consequently, you may notice a delivery fee during checkout, which is intended to help cover these additional expenses.

Customs and import taxes

The majority of our parcels are delivered successfully without you incurring any customs, import taxes, and fees. However, if a customs fee is incurred, please get in touch with us via email and we will do our best to provide a solution.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during customs checks, as we have no control over shipping times once a parcel has been dispatched.


Why are some items shipped separately?

If you have purchased multiple items from Kawaiies, we may offer multiple tracking links to ensure the safety of your items during transit and to prevent any delays caused by customs. Our primary goal is to combine your items into a single parcel whenever possible. However, there are instances where items may be shipped separately due to restrictions based on their size and weight, as well as to minimize shipping expenses. Regardless of the scenario, you will have the ability to track each item in real-time.


Unable to receive your parcel?

Shipping updates will be sent to you through email. Please make sure that you are at home to receive your package at the scheduled delivery or collection time. If, for any reason, you are unable to be present, kindly notify your local post office or arrange for a trusted family member or neighbor to receive the parcel on your behalf.


Lost, held, returned, or stolen parcels

If the shipping courier marks your parcel as delivered, but you have not received it, various scenarios may be at play, including misplacement, theft, incorrect delivery, or an ongoing delivery process. To address this matter, promptly contact us via email.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels if you are delivering a parcel to a shared location like a shop, restaurant, business, military base, or apartment.

Moreover, we are not liable for missing or returned parcels in cases where the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect, or if you fail to collect your parcel on time. Refunds are not guaranteed, and it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the accuracy of all shipping details before finalizing your order. Any unclaimed or undeliverable parcels returned to us can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

In instances where we anticipate delivery issues, we may temporarily hold your order and contact you via email to verify your shipping address.

Report any missing parcels to Kawaiies via email within 60 days of your order or within 10 days of your parcel being marked as delivered. Beyond this timeframe, investigating your parcel may be challenging for the postal service, and we may be unable to offer a complimentary reshipment or a refund if you contact us later.

My order has not arrived yet

If your parcel is experiencing delays please report this issue to our customer support team via email at info@kawaiies.com with your order number and the item(s) missing. You have 14 days to report any missing parcels after 90 days from the original order date.


Missing parcels

Upon the delivery of a parcel by the shipping courier, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Occasionally, the shipping courier may prematurely mark a parcel as delivered. If you receive the delivery confirmation email but haven't received your parcel, consider the following:

For US customers

USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a parcel as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait a few business days, as your parcel could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive in the next following days. Contact your local USPS post office for more information regarding your parcel as they will be able to provide accurate information.

If your parcel still does not show up after a few days, please call USPS to file a claim and contact us via email at info@kawaiies.com.


For all INTERNATIONAL customers

Please check your front porch or mailbox for a note from your local post office. If you've received a note or text message, it may contain instructions on how to obtain your parcel. Reach out to your local post office for more details, as they can offer assistance in locating your package.

In case you encounter difficulties obtaining information from your local post office, feel free to contact us for further support. The Kawaiies Team is committed to diligently locating your missing parcel and offering solutions to address the situation.

Ordering for a special occasion

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your order for special occasions like birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas, and similar events.

If your item arrives later than anticipated and you wish to initiate a return, please contact us via email within 14 days of the parcel's arrival. You will be required to cover the cost of return.

What happens if my order cannot be delivered and is returned?

In the event that a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or unknown shipping address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels held by the courier or any other reasons, please send an email to info@kawaiies.com with your order number within 90 days of your order date.

We are under no obligation to refund you if we do not receive the parcel back. Reshipments will incur handling and reshipment fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping.

Should you choose to cancel your order after a parcel has been returned, a 10% processing and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
