Kawaiies takes pride in providing free international tracked shipping to several countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most European countries. By shipping directly from our warehouses in Asia, we aim to keep shipping fees affordable for our customers.

Due to the impact of the pandemic, the costs associated with delivery and insurance have increased for certain countries such as Canada, UAE, and some European countries. Consequently, you may notice a delivery fee during checkout, which is intended to help cover these additional expenses.

The estimated delivery times provided do not account for an extra processing time of 1 to 5 days required to prepare your order for shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your parcel has been handed over to the logistics team, you will be sent shipping confirmation emails. In the case of an order with multiple items, it is possible to receive your items in separate parcels.

We do not ship to:

Philippines, Austria, South America, Africa, India, Costa Rica, United States (Puerto Rico), New Caledonia and other countries.

Most of our parcels are shipped without any fees. However, if a customs fee is incurred, please get in touch with us via email and we will do our best to provide a solution.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during customs checks, as we have no control over shipping times once a parcel has been dispatched.

Why are some items shipped separately?

In the event that you have purchased multiple items from Kawaiies, we may offer multiple tracking links to ensure the safety of your items during transit and to prevent any delays caused by customs. Our primary goal is to combine your items into a single parcel whenever possible. However, there are instances where items may be shipped separately due to restrictions based on their size and weight, as well as to minimize shipping expenses. Regardless of the scenario, you will have the ability to track each individual item in real-time.

Unable to receive your parcel?

You will receive shipping updates through email. Kindly ensure that you are available to receive your parcel when it is scheduled for delivery or collection. In case you are unavailable for any reason, please contact your local post office to inform them, or consider asking a trusted family member or friendly neighbor to receive it on your behalf. Please get in touch with us via email as soon as possible.

Lost, held, returned, or stolen parcels

If your parcel is indicated as delivered by the shipping courier, but you have not received it, there are several possibilities to consider. It may be that your parcel was misplaced, stolen, delivered incorrectly, or is still in the process of being delivered. To address this issue, please reach out to us via email promptly, providing your order number and the problem.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels if you are delivering a parcel to a shared location like a shop, restaurant, business, military base, or an apartment.

We are not responsible for any missing or returned parcels if the shipping address provided to us at checkout is incorrect or if you do not collect your parcel on time. We are under no obligation to refund you. You as the customer are responsible for making sure that all shipping information is accurate before you finalise your order. All unclaimed/undeliverable parcels which are returned to us can be re-shipped at the customer’s own expense.

If we believe there will be an issue with delivery, we may put your order on hold and contact you via email to verify your shipping address.

Please report a missing parcel to Kawaiies via email within 60 days of your order or within 10 days of your parcel being marked as delivered. If you contact us after this time frame, the postal service will find it difficult to investigate your parcel and we may not be able to provide a free reshipment or full refund.

My order has not arrived yet

If your parcel is experiencing delays please report this issue to our customer support team via email at with your order number and the item(s) missing. You have 14 days to report any missing parcels after 90 days from the original order date.

Missing parcels

When a parcel is delivered by the shipping courier, you will receive a delivery confirmation email from us.

Sometimes, a parcel may be marked as delivered by the shipping courier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your parcel, here is what we suggest:

For US customers

USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a parcel as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait a few business days, as your parcel could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive in the next following days.

Please contact your local USPS post office for more information regarding your parcel as they will be able to provide accurate information.

If your parcel still does not show up after a few days, please call USPS to file a claim and contact us via email at

For all INTERNATIONAL customers

Please check your door/mailbox for a note from your local post office. If you have received a note or text message, it may have provided you with further instructions to receive your parcel.

Contact your local post office for more information as they will be able to provide helpful information to locate your parcel.

If you are unable to receive information from your local post/customs office, please contact us for additional assistance. The Kawaiies Team will work hard to locate your missing parcel and provide solutions for the situation at hand. 

Ordering for a special occasion

Regrettably, we cannot provide a guarantee that your order will arrive in time for specific events or special occasions such as parties, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas, and more.

In the event that your item arrives later than anticipated and you wish to initiate a return, please contact us via email within 14 days of the parcel's arrival. Subsequently, you will have an additional 14 days to send the items back to our address in Asia or the UK. You will be required to cover the cost of return.

What happens if my order cannot be delivered and is returned?

In the event that a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or unknown shipping address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels held by the courier or any other reasons, please send an email to with your order number within 90 days of your order date.

We are under no obligation to refund you if we do not receive the parcel back. Reshipments will incur handling and reshipment fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping.

Should you choose to cancel your order after a parcel has been returned, a 10% processing and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
