February Shipping Notice

Due to a scheduled stock count this month, all orders placed after 3rd February 2021 will be shipped out after 22nd February 2021. Shipping estimates do not include this time frame.


COVID-19 Notice

Kawaiies is closely monitoring the developments related to the pandemic, and we are adhering to all regulations and guidelines from the World Health Organization and local public health authorities.

Please understand that the pandemic has caused major delays to international delivery over the past year so we ask for your patience. We cannot promise shipping times as some parcels are still taking up to 8 weeks if not longer to arrive.

 

Free Shipping

We are proud to give our lovely customers the best value and service, and that is why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China. We have considered shipping domestically from the United States but due to the sheer size and weight of our plushies, it is far too expensive.

As a result of the pandemic, we've also had to push back our money-back guarantee policy from 60 to 90 BUSINESS DAYS for any products that are still in transit. Therefore, if your parcel is lost or stuck in transit we are happy to issue a refund or reshipment after 90 business days have passed from the date of purchase.

Shipping times do NOT include our 3 business days processing time.

Customs

The majority of our products are shipped successfully without incurring any fees. However, if you do incur a charge we are more than happy to cover 50% of the fee via a partial refund.

We are not responsible for any delays during customs checks as we have no control over the shipping times once a parcel is shipped out.

If you have ordered 2 or more items from us please note that they may arrive in separate packaging at separate times to reduce shipping costs, avoid delays and the likelihood of damages during transit.

My parcel hasn’t arrived yet

Due to the global pandemic please expect parcels to be delays. At Kawaiies, we are trying our absolute best to process your products as fast as possible, but we cannot speed up shipping times as that is simply out of our control.

The tracking information heavily relies on the postal teams to scan the parcels at the right stages, but we have recently noticed that they are skipping scans due to how busy it is during this pandemic.
